Xerox Corporation has developed
Knowledge Base tools for its internal and external clients. By centralizing
these Knowledge Bases, Xerox can provide users data from several contributors for
each search.
If you are a Xerox employee
and can’t find the
information you need,
please call the Technical Support hotline, let the engineer know what you need,
and make sure that the engineer adds your solution to the Eureka Knowledge
Base.
If you are a Xerox end-user/client:
- Please open your Web Browser
to www.xerox.com,
- Click on Support &
Drivers in the navigation bar at the top of the page,
- Enter your equipment’s model
name and number in the search field and click on the orange Search button.
- Put appropriate search words
in the search field.
- If you can’t find the
information you require, please call 1-800-821-2797 (US), give the operator your equipment’s serial number, and explain your situation. They’ll
either answer your question directly or pass your call (in real time)
along to an engineer who will answer your question or will find your
answer and get it to you.
